Good book on joining the French Foreign Legion

I have a book called "Life in the French Foreign Legion" by Evan McGorman.
For those who know the book, is it a good book and is it really a good guide? The author also answers email questions too so that is quite nice.
It's a very detailed book and I've read it about three times already.

Wow! Great! Thank you.
That 2nd book is entirely on the web as well it seems. I'll try to print out a hard copy.
I'm taking French right now actually.
Better than nothing.
I speak some German.
