Nice find. I nearly put this up myself a few weeks ago.

Reminds me of my time in Aubagne. We had a good mate "Harry the Dutchman" - Rue Paradis in Marseille. We used to go his place most weekends for girls and weed listening to this album (and a weido called Klaus Nomi).

Nice memories - thanks !

Intended putting up the Fabulous Freddie original of Don't Stop Me Now - until I bumped into this.

So in the new series "Bizarre Nonsense" ....

Not sure the trumpet got his triple tongue act together - sounds like a dead cat screaming for help.

Anyway - Follow that MLE.... (no Johnny Hallyday or Eddie Mitchel PLEASE!)

Can't stop in laybys for a kip in the UK these days. Full of limp-dick cruisers. Tragic.

Used to be the same in France some years ago on the autoroutes, but they seem to have cleaned that up with regular patrols now. I did the Paris / Toulon route every week for many years.

We need Galgano or Cloggy (or whatever the creep calls himself) to exorcise the UK. Getting crazy here with all the pansexual stuff (whatever the f@ck that is).

I'm just joking, my job is great..

(...)

I'm not sure, but Italy still has those... Even on the highway, they bother you while driving. On the plus side, you can rest easy in the parking lot where they are frequently found, there's no risk of getting gassed, slashed curtains, stolen diesel, etc. They protect their turf. For the slight inconvenience of telling them off when they propose their services, after a long day, it's not that bad. There's plenty of places where there's no guarantee that you wake up the next day, but that's a whole different can of worms..
Many moons ago, when I was annoying people throughout Europe, I hated the UK jobs. Even had the displeasure of driving around a couple of days in that apocalyptic 2 weeks of "heavy snow" (or just snow for the rest of Europe) in 2018.

But let's not get sidetracked too much:

Everything is apocalyptic here. It's a national illness unfortunately. The British Bulldog has been replaced by the Snowflake Generation. Drama queens everywhere.

I have NO IDEA why there are hundreds of refugees risking their lives daily floating on rubber ducks in the Channel trying to get from France to the UK for a new start.

We're deep in the Matrix here bro, and that's no place to want to be.

Anyway - back to simpler times when a man and a guitar was enough to get through the day.

Scottish, not a Australien band
No mate, Aussie as. Founded here, raised here, broke here. Two immigrant brothers the rest were Aussies until his death. Never broke or released a record in the UK in those days. Just toured and when asked, they are defo Aussies. No skin off my nose, i've just had this argument many times when I told Aussies they are Brits lol. Seems the band called it long ago that Straya is their choice.

Gay (or confused or desperate) boys - mainly manifested by old blokes fuelled on Viagra trying to get some love...

Serious shi@t here. Honestly.

Most of the public WCs have been closed because of it. Stand at a urinal for more than 30 seconds and you're considered game. In my own town (Para territory) they haunt local woods dressed in wedding gowns. True.

Pissing in the bushes to avoid all that means a criminal record if a pious pig catches you = no visa for US. It's a no win situation.

LBGTQ+ has a lot to answer for.

I re-watched million dollar baby the day before yesterday, some of the music remined me of this song by Yves Duteil.
