I agree Joe. Have to get over that, That is only first half hour over when I get up from bed. I'm so in bad mood,have no will to do anything, but as day progresses I'm back on track.
Now I train more seriously. Run every day (One day long run (5-10 km), second day sprint) and doing pull-ups. Before bed 100 - 150 push-ups and abs.
Also hit a gym 3-4 times a week. Higher number of repetition, I'm trying not to get weight just to get ripped and build up strength and endurance.
I'm not worry about thing on what i can make influence, worry that I will fail because of some stupid thing I can't change
