An educational examination.
Who is a fat and untrained Bastard in need of serious improvement and WHY?
Who is a fit Bastard and doing just fine with what you do and what you got and WHY?
Who is doing some fancy Martial Art for the benefits of training (balance co-ordination, mental, self esteem, what the **** ever)?
Who have used their so called Martial Arts knowledge In Battle for the past 15 years and how?
