    Re: RIP TomG

I'm totally shocked, I considered Tom a friend & we had some good laughs via PM on many occassions. My thoughts are with his family at this heartbreaking time. I for one will miss TomG.

You can shed tears that he is gone,
Or you can smile because he lived,
You can close your eyes and pray that he will come back,
Or you can open your eyes and see all that he has left.

Your heart can be empty because you can't see him
Or you can be full of the love that you shared,
You can turn your back on tomorrow and live yesterday,
Or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday.

You can remember him and only that he is gone
Or you can cherish his memory and let it live on,
You can cry and close your mind be empty and turn your back,
Or you can do what he would want: smile, open your eyes, love and go on.
You can spend, minutes, hours, days, weeks or even months over-analyzing a situation, trying to put the pieces together, justifying what could've, would've, should've happened...or you can just leave the pieces on the floor and move the fook on...

    Re: RIP TomG

I'm shocked Flash rang me up earlier to tell me this sad news

I spoke to Tom a few weeks ago when I was making the video for
Mike. He had told me he was Ill but I thought all was OK now

That's two great guys that will be missed here and in many other places.

Glenn my thoughts go to you also in this time.

    Non, je ne regrette rien

Been thinking of something to say for hours, seemed to be a real good guy as to the limited contact I had with him. Saw how he interacted with others, good guy.

    RIP

Man, I don't really know what to say except I'm in shock. We chatted a few times and sent PM"S as well chatting about the USMC , martial arts/boxing, etc. Damn I hadn't a clue! From the little I knew of him, he was a great guy and I am at a loss for words. Rest in Peace Devil Dog. Say Hello to Chesty, Dan Daly and all the other brother that have gone before. Hope I get a chance to meet you on the other side brother.

    Re: RIP TomG

Tom will be missed by all.

I never knew him, but I know that he was a man of great honour to care for his friend all the while suffering silently himself. That is greatness.

    His loss will be felt.

My sympathies to his family and friends. RIP

Shocked and saddened. Tom was generous enough to share with me some of his tales from South America which I loved.
I'm a bad, bad girl and I need to be punished.

Rest in peace. There is always place in heaven for people like TomG. I have never spoke to him but from what I read, he is a good man.

    Re: RIP TomG

We had talked about meeting and grabbing a couple of drinks around the first of the year. Canceled of course by the recent passing of Mike. A great loss to the forums, sorry to hear about it RD. Let me know if I can help.

"All men dream: but not equally. Those who dream by night in the dusty recesses of their minds wake in the day to find that it was vanity: but the dreamers of the day are dangerous men, for they may act their dreams with open eyes, to make it possible.- T.E.
