What level do you get to on bleep, at Aubagne you run as fast as you can for 12 minutes, you can bleep bleep if you want, the test is called test Cooper, you should cover 2miles or 3200m if I remember rightly

The Legion uses now the Luc-Leger (beep) test. I am not sure if the Cooper test is also used.

sorry i may have posted the quietion wrong ,what i would like to know is which is the current fitness test the ff use ,is it the bleep test or run 2400 meters in less than 12 mins
