To begin I have never served in the Legion and I am afraid I am well past the age when it would be possible for me to do so.However like so many men of my generation(boomer) I grew up watching the romanticised versions of Legion service on television and the movies and did consider that service would be a great adventure.So, if a dreamer and adventure romantic is not too out of place on this forum I am very happy to be here.
