Opinions /upgrade this forum with photos upload possibilities?

Hi

just a question suggered by a couple of mails I received:

are there here people interested in uploading pictures (related to ffl or other military stuff, credits and responsability /uploader, of course) to upgrade this forum with an add-on which enables galleries for registered members ?


PS: Thanks again for all the mails I received ( most from registered users, but from guests too)... sorry if I can't answer to all....I'm so late...and lazy

I am sure that would take up a lot of space on the server. There are plenty of sites out there that will let you archive a large number of photos at no cost. But if you have the space for it, why not?

Does this mean each member can make their photos available to other members without anyone incurring costs and decrease broadband costs ? IF so, PLEASE VOTE !!!!!!!

yes phpBB is nice; I used a few years ago a version which was surely not very robust but actually lots of people upgraded it....for the moment I stay with vbulletin which also a major BBS software and is really robust; in case of problems ( ooops, i hope it won' occur), i'll surely switch to phpbb thanks for the reminder

for the moment, yes i have some more space, so...but the idea of "delocalization" of galleries ( if overcrowded) is interesting
