While it would be nice if everyone would fill out their profile and truthfully, there is no guarantee that it will be done. I suppose that if someone is pressured to do so, he could very well fill anything in his profile section if he wanted to stay anomymous. Therefore it seems futile to me, to pressure anyone to fill in their profile. A reminder might be more of an incentive to do so.

I concur 110%... The only thing mods can do is to "persuade" members to do so. I prefer someone with no profile rather than someone telling non sense.
