    Are CIS citizens allowed to join the Russian Military?

    I'm able to get Lithuanian citizenship because of ancestry. Just curious, as it would open up more options in deciding what path to take.

    Lithuania isn't cis. I wonder too if they take foreigners into the Russian military. Wouldn't want to join though
