While they maybe benign, a doctor would still have to ascertain that they are indeed harmless pearly penile papules. From what I have gathered, Legion docs will seldom tell you to have it checked at a civilian doctor and just dismiss you as medically inapt. However, there is only one way to find out and go and try to enlist.
