    greetings from the Netherlands

    Hello,

I thought it would be proper to introduce myself,

I'm 29 years old and this year i'm turning into 30, i'm a very ambitious but achieved nothing. Frustrated as i am i'm looking for a challenge, a purpose, and a goal, something I can be proud of. I am a very persistent bastard but i also know my weaknesses. My stamina is a joke at the moment but i have the power of an ox. I'm running every second day since about a month now to achieve the 13km/ph. Stoeng mentioned about. Thank you for that one because i almost bought me a ticket to a certain hell on earth, i am far from ready to think about Paris yet. I will train hard and viciously to become fit as possible. I'm very excited about this, i have locked my focus on it, i'm going to do this. I have done some karate and kickboxing in the past and working out in the gym, now i've introduced running to all of this so let's see where this will lead. I've bought me some great running shoes and you can't wear them under your jeans but they run like you're on a cloud
Till now this is my introduction, i will post some of of my progresses in the training area. Thank you for this forum it is a great support!

Sir you have earned your respect, nobody can ever take that away from you. I want that to, I to want to take responsibility for my own destiny. Rather a world full of pain than one of regrets and self-pity.
