As such a bunch of top men, i figured i'd share something with you as i sit on my arse with a busted ankle trying to figure out what is wrong with the world.

I have a serious education in this shit (Finance), but was never taught ANY of what is in this movie on youtube. It is arguably more important that anything i WAS taught. We are all slaves ultimately to money, and the world in which we live is unsustainable. You'll probably need to pause and rewatc/relisten a good few bits- i know i did, but this is well worth a watch, and would help with alot of the 'philosophical' debates i've seen, and taken part in often on this site.

Ive done a business subject in some sort of school since the age of 13 through 23, and not one single iota of this shit was taught to me. Its a global scandal. Whatever is wrong with the worlds financial system cannot be fixed and we cant turn back. The world is going to change as we know it and it is going to happen rather quickly. There is going to be a huge power shift too, away from the West to China and others. Maybe China will fall too, I dont know, but that we are headed for serious trouble financially is for sure.
I am not educated but you dont have to be a rocket scientist to know when something smells, looks and tastes like shit.

A mate's exwife does this one a treat. She is a single mother on the rock and roll and drives a beemer.

Here's how.

She has a credit card and takes out L300 cash but deposits 250 of that back in. She does this six times a month.

She makes her minimum payments each month. She asks for a raised credit limit. They see her depositing money six times a month and gladly raise her limit. Even though the money she is paying back in is the bank's own money.

Once she hits an absurd credit limit she cleans them out for 25k or so and moves on after changing her name. Once she hits a 100k she files bankrubptcy after hiding the cash and starts again after a year's holiday.




Credit is still so loose that she turn's the bank's greed against them.

She should be working in Canary Wharf for HSBC.

you're saying it cannot be fixed, yet there's a major change coming? Seems a bit defeatist to me, and surely if theres a change coming (which there is) there'll be an opportunity to change this nation-state slavery? There's a great quote in one of them vid parts-

Yes there is a change coming Homer but it wont be because men, nations and financial institutions change their ways. Real change on this planet is usually a violent affair. We have created this financial system, we power our consumerism with a very well oiled machine, debt is out of control in most homes and in "most" countries. We are going to have to live with what we have created and it is going to get worse, a lot worse before it gets better. Human advancement goes hand in hand with human error. The financial system unfortunately reflects the worst parts of the human psyche at the moment. Greed and self indulgence. We live on debt and although that mindset has started to change oh so slightly and we are all trying to get out of debt, the problem has just gotten away from us, as individuals and nations. If you want to party, there is a price to pay for being jolly, and we are starting to pay it now, and it is going to get worse. That is all I am saying.
