    Chi Running

John (Jean Remi) Campion was in the REP 1983-88 and was in the Australian report on the Legion at Arta Plage last year.
JR has a fitness business in Sydney and teaches Chi Running. Basically teaches you how to use your mind and body to run further with less impact. I'm learning it and noticing the results. Also heard it used by soldiers to build up fitness for pack marching.

Did the Chi Running Course. Good concept if you can get used to it relearning how to run, means you can go further without totally shagging yourself.
Flash, Campion now does a FFL boot camp where be gets paid by people that want to be beastied and yelled at in French. Reckons not many people coughing up hard cash for it can finish a session (which he does with them)! Soft c*cks!
