    is my training regime good enough for 2REP ?

    monday

    morning:
    run 5km in 20min (including hills)
    sprint work
    60-70 pushups in 2min
    120 sit ups
    11 pull ups (palms facing away)
    10 pull ups (palms facing to me)
    max push ups (30+)
    max pull ups (4)
    max pull ups (3)
    max push ups (20)
    max pull ups (4)
    max pull ups (3)

    afternoon:
    muay thai kickboxing 1hr
    upper/lower body weight circuit with abs and lower back

    tuesday

    morning:
    120 sit ups
    swimming 1km
    3x 25m underwater swim
    40m underwater swim

    afternoon:
    muay thai 1hr
    150 crunches

    wednesday

    morning:
    run 5km in 20min (including hills)
    sprint work
    60-70 pushups in 2min
    120 sit ups
    11 pull ups (palms facing away)
    10 pull ups (palms facing to me)
    max push ups (30+)
    max pull ups (4)
    max pull ups (3)
    max push ups (20)
    max pull ups (4)

    afternoon:
    pack march 22kg, 15km in 2hr 30min
    abs

    thursday

    morning:
    exercise bike 30min
    forearms
    120 sit ups

    afternoon:
    muay thai 1hr
    150 crunches

    friday

    morning:
    120 sit ups
    swimming 1km
    3x 25m underwater swim
    40m underwater swim

    afternoon:
    muay thai 45min
    abs

    saturday

    morning:
    run 5km in 20min (including hills)
    muay thai 30min
    60-70 pushups in 2min
    120 sit ups
    11 pull ups (palms facing away)
    10 pull ups (palms facing to me)
    max push ups (30+)
    max pull ups (4)
    max pull ups (3)
    max push ups (20)
    max pull ups (4)
    max pull ups (3)

    sunday

    120 sit ups
    sauna

    does anyone think my training regime is good enough for me to get into 2 rep?

    To answer your question, i think you are lacking functional arm strength and have too little weights in your program, but i'm just a civvie wannabe, no guarantees!
    there are strange things in your schedule, i. e. i don't understand how could you train muay thai for 30 minutes, if you mean just hitting the bag i would hardly call it that big words, now sparrings that's other story.

    Pull ups 10 palms facing away
    pressups 20
    sit ups 25
    that is one set. do 10 sets .increase decrease any of the above.
    Run 8km its the standard in the French Army ,8km TAP is the airborne test around 30 mins.
    yes your training regime is quite sufficient bonne chance.

    If your going to run with weight don't run with anything over 20kg theres no need and if you do where boots or your just going fcuk your ankles up.

    just run 8km with sac 11 kg in 45 min and for the start that is good,but if you want to be best you must do it in 35 - 37 min ...
