lifting weights (sorry in don't know what english call that the heavy stuff we use arm to lifting up and down mean) 5 minute.
sit up for 10 minute.
but i just barely do 2 pullups when i tried to 3, i feel like my arm separation from my body, and hard to breath, can't do than 2. i do pullups like legion sport test. Please can you guys has any advice to help me improve my pullups to 20 or 30.

My son tells me he has just finished "cayus/caillus" or a similar word training. It is basically shooting with grenades and similar and takes place at a destination about 5hrs from Castel!

Does anyone know how to SPELL this word that sounds like CAYUS/CAILLUS?

I also had to laugh when he told me some wingnut messed his forehead/face up when trying to fire a grenade off the Famas looking through the sights!
