well i have wanted to go to the legion for years and the army to be a soldier ever since i can remember, i hate the civie life its so bloody bouring and uneventfull.
Im 21, 22 when i go to Aubagne and when i go there i hope i will be verry fit. I havent trained for a while due to a broken neck, back and leg, still recovering wont be able to walk or run for 5 more weeks. the past 3 months ive been stuck in bed and on the lounge and the whole time i have been on this site and learning about the legion.

Most of you might think how the **** am i going to be able to attempt the legion with those sorts of injurys but the docs and phsyio people think that i will be fine and no life time damage.

As soon as i take the neck brace off and swap the full leg cast for one below the knee ill be going to the gym and when the cast comes off ill be loading a back pack full of 20kgs and going running. i will be using stoeng's training guide as help.

I hope that my criminal past wont affect anythin, i joined an outlaw motorcycle club but have realised thats not the life i want and got out of that after almost a year. So i have a few minor charges but have a real bad driving history am going through court now with 2 driving whilst suspended. I know driving history wont affect my attemp to join the legion.

If i get selected and i furfill my dream of being a legionnair i will be put my 3 preferances down a 1. 13 DBLE...... 2. 2 REP.......3. either 2 REI or 1 REC i cant decide between the two. But i will be happy to just be allowed to wear the Kepi Blanc.

I know im thinking verry far ahead and getting way ahead of myself but thats all i have right now. Sitting here thinking and looking up everything i possibly can about the legion.

anyway guys thanks for takeing the time to read all this and thank you all for the great information on the site.

Ativan is basically a drug that is used for the treatment of anxiety. However,Ativan dosage has other uses as well. This medication can be used to treat conditions such as insomnia, severe alcohol withdrawal and seizures in children. Other uses include relaxing muscles and minimizing the impact of chemotherapy in cancer patients. People who take this drug are not advised to take it for long periods of time. Just like any other drug, this type has to be taken according to the prescribed dosage. This article is about ativan dosage.

When it comes to ativan dosage, the drug must never be taken without the guidance of a health professional such as a doctor. The dosage basically depends on the extent of your condition as well as your age. This means that the dose which is given to adults is different to that which is given to a child or to an elderly person.

Ativan dosage for adults

In most cases, adults are usually advised to take a dose of 2 mg to 6 mg in 24 hours. The overall dosage must be divided into smaller doses. However, you can take the biggest dose when you are about to go to bed. Depending on the severity of your condition, you can take between 1 mg and 10 mg in a single day. This means that if your case is severe, the doctor can prescribe a dose of up to 10 mg per day. However, if the condition is less severe, you can even take 1 mg a day. If you are suffering from insomnia as a result of anxiety, you can take up to 4 mg at once before you go to bed.

Ativan dosage for children

When it comes to children, the safety of this drug has not yet been fully established. This means that doctors do not usually recommend this type of medication to children.

Ativan dosage for the elderly

As far as the elderly are concerned, their daily average should not go past 3 mg on a single day. It is important to try and avoid over sedation. Therefore, although the doses are quite small, they should still be divided into doses which are even smaller, to be taken throughout the day. However, depending on the severity of the ailment, a doctor can even increase the dosage so that the medication will have the required effect.

Over dosage

Just like with every type of drug, this medication must be taken in the right doses. If you overdose, there will be severe consequences. In the event that you overdose, it is extremely important that you seek medical attention instantly. Some of the common symptoms of over dosage include drowsiness, confusion or you can even go into a coma. The importance of following instructions when it comes to ativan dosage cannot be ignored. This is because an overdose can actually be fatal. If you think that you have symptoms associated with anxiety, it is best that you see your doctor as soon as possible. Chances are that the doctor will prescribe this drug for you. .

Xanax and patients with Anxiety Disorder: .25 to .50 mg thrice daily is the initia Xanax dosage for patients with Anxiety Disorder. If required the Xanax dosage can be increased at intervals of 3 to 4 days each up to a maximum of 4 mg, in divided doses. And if side effects occur then the Xanax dosage should be decreased gradually by no more than .5 mg every 3 days, some patients may require a slower Xanax dosage reduction though.

Xanax Dosage and Special Population: The starting Xanax dosage is .25 mg, two or three times daily in the case of elderly patients, patients with advances liver disease or in patients suffering with debilitating diseases. However elderly people might be sensitive to the effects of benzodiazepines. The dosage of .25 mg may be increased if required, however if Xanax side effects occur then it would be better to lower the dose.

Panic Disorder: Xanax is quite successful in treating panic disorder. To establish its efficacy; trials with varying doses of Xanax (1 to 10 mg) have been conducted on patients. Among the approximate 1700 participants (all patients), roughly 300 received Xanax dosage of more than 7 mg per day, about a 100 of them received maximum dosages of 7 + mg/day including 100 patients who received 9+ mg/day. Occasionally patients had to be administered with a dosage of 10 mg/day to achieve the maximum positive results.

while the above given daily dosages may suit most patients, there might be exceptions, in the cases of which the dosage should be increased with caution to avoid any adverse effects. There is no definite period prescribed for the continuation of Xanax dosage, however after the recurrence of attacks has diminished, through periodic reassessment and supervision the Xanax dosage may be discontinued, but again at a gradually declining level.

If you are experiencing symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease or nexium vs prilosec any other ailment which involves too much stomach acid, then you have a choice between two types of drugs; Nexium vs Prilosec. Many people have trouble choosing the best drug. If you are also caught up in the confusion about which drug to use; nexium vs. prilosec, then you should continue reading this article as it will give you the necessary information that you need to make an informed decision.

In order for you to make an informed decision, it is important that you understand how each drug works. Both nexium and prilosec fall under the same group of drugs known as proton pump inhibitors. Both drugs are used for the same function that is to reduce the acid produced in the stomach. However, there are certain distinctive functions of each drug that you need to be aware of.
Nexium vs Prilosec: Nexium

The drug nexium is not meant for the instant relief of symptoms that are associated with heartburn. However, it may be used to relieve other symptoms that are not in the medication guide. It is essential that you avoid taking this medication if you are allergic to certain medications such as esomeprazole or any form of benzimidazole medication. There are certain conditions that your doctor needs to be aware of before you start taking the drug.

These medical conditions include low levels of magnesium and severe liver disease. There are also ailments which require you to use nexium and certain antibiotics together as treatment. It is essential that you take this medication as prescribed by the doctor. You must not change the dosage at any time even though you notice some changes in your condition. There are several side effects that are associated with this medication. There might be an increase in the risk of bone fracture in areas such as the spine or the hip. That is why you have to inform your doctor if you have a disease such as osteoporosis.

Nexium vs Prilosec: Prilosec

Just like nexium, prilosec is not supposed to be used for the instant relief of symptoms associated with heartburn. There are also certain conditions that require you to use this drug in combination with certain antibiotics. It is important to note that prilosec OTC must be taken once a day for a period of 2 weeks. Make certain that you do not take more than one tablet within a period of 24 hours. The drug is not suitable for people that are allergic to benzimidazole medication or omeprazole.

If you suffer from heart or liver disease, you should first tell your physician about your conditions before you start taking the medication. Ensure that you avoid using prilosec OTC without talking to a doctor or pharmacist first if you have symptoms such as difficulty swallowing, bloody stools, regular chest pain or stomach pain.

Although both nexium and prilosec play almost the same function, it is important for you to be aware of those few differences and make your decision after you have carefully considered all the factors. Hope the abovementioned information will assist you to do away with the Nexium vs Prilosec confusion.

I walked around looking at all the cells and asked one crazy eyed looking inmate what was he in there for out of for the kicks. He said he was there for food.
