Ladies and Gentlemen it is with a heavy heart that i post the deaths of 2 more jocks that have sadly died at the hands of the taliban, as these soldiers belong to my former regiment i feel it my duty to post this in their memory i will post their details as soon as i have them from regt hq........................................RIP SOLDIERS, someone somewhere prayed to their god for an angel and you arrived on the battlefield in answer to that call....GENTLEMEN I SALUTE YOU!!!!!

the names of the deceased have been released i didnt know them personaly but i dont doubt for a minute that they carried themselves with the dignity selflessness and profesionalism that we have come to expect from them all they are to be repatriated on fri through wooton basset at 12pm stand down lads your stag time is over rip

R.I.P the 2 jiocks .They're getting it pretty bad on this tour .The rifles have lost 14 on the 1 tour .8 of them from the Edinburgh battalion Redford.
