My oh my, I noticed a great lack of respect with the new recruits for DINOps. They rarely refered to the Sgt. as a Sgt. there was no speed in their step. The 1cl. at the end of the second one even had his pocket wide open(You used to get punched in the chest for that alone). Of course none of them made it, they all sucked! A couple couldnt even do 6 pull-ups, their level of French was horrible for 1Cl., wow!!! I guess ill have to go show those young bucks a thing or two about the REAL Legion! Of course I heard the Sgt. say he wont take anyone over 32...hmmm, I might have to change his mind or kill him and replace him with someone who will! (No, I dont really want to kill the Sgt.).

It was probably made for the camera team with a few Legionnaires volunteered/press ganged to act as hopefuls :)

i was watching 2 part of DINOPS and at time one 2 Leg. on boat they laughing all the time 01:36` and one of them say "Faut troiver de la "MOTIVAX" pour lui apres..., i cant french what he mean?i dont know but im laughing too

without giving a french lesson, it means they are going to either beat his arse or buy him beers! Depending on what the Legion considers "motivation" these days! I suspect they will end up slapping the other guy around then having him do some cleaning!

Translation: "will have to find some Motivation for him afterwards"

These prospective candidates do come across as a bunch of wet blankets.... Interesting documentary though.

Probably both. He gets slapped and then has to buy the beer.. But the standard of French from that premier classe was putan.
