Well, it seems as though we are losing people at a fast pace. I had to bury my brother, Mike Harrison, on Sunday. He was only 60 years old. He was not a Veteran, but we did grow up in a Navy family. We were very close, and his death was sudden and tragic. He was an Aggie, Texas A&M University, and spent his time there in the Corps. He was a gentle soul, and I miss him dearly.

Tex,
My sincerest condolences.
I truly hope that we can meet at some time in the future so we are not just memories of the past but memories renewed.
If not we have the pleasure of good memories my friend.
60 is no age to pass on these days but I'm sure having you as a brother gave your brother a lot of pride over the years.
And as a brother of one of the few true Legionnaires he becomes our brother too.
Soyez brave ancien.

Sad news Tex.... I just hope you and your family can soon replace the shock and grief of loss with happy Memory's of your Brother.
I'm green with envy that the Brotherhood of your Legion family shine's through during such times. I think Serge's message stands out and goes to show how your extended family/ Brotherhood are always there for you during tough times.

I am truely sorry to hear this Tex. I know how you feel when you lose someone suddenly. I lost my Mother this way..I felt like I didnt get to tell her goodbye and that I loved her. But I am sure she knew.
I kept telling myself..he must have had a plan for her to take her so young and so sudden..she was only 58.She was a good woman.
My thoughts are with you right now Tex

The Legion brothers you have they are for life.....
May he R.I.P....

My deepest gratitude to all my brothers and sisters for your kind words. If you have siblings I suggest you stay close to them--there is no bond greater than the blood-bond between you. If they are in need, go to them and help them to get through their dilemma--tell them they are loved and give them all of your support. You are all my brothers and sisters and I greatly appreciate your prayers. Tex
