Hope everyone is well, Just found the forum after a good amount of searching!.. Really usefull information on here, Im from England and considering joining the Legion but not 100% sure yet.. Anyway too young at the momment but maybe when im older.. At the moment im focusing more on joining the royal marines i have my application etc, But looking for something that little bit harder, I Always want that little bit extra with anything i do, So i thought why not go for the best of the best the French foreign legion so here iam looking to gain more information on what its all about!..

There are alot of questions which will need answering at some point or later..

Sam :D...the 'harder' part of the FFL 'experience' is the linguistic and cultural, ie psychological, threshholds that you have to get through succesfully; and not necessarily the physical threshold which can be a LOT HARDER elsewhere, ie other people's armies....So factor in the above considerations in any 'harder' ruminations.....
