Hi and welcome. This is not an official site, but just an informal one dedicated primarily to the French Foreign Legion.
You cannot "apply on-line" neither here nor on any official Legion web site. So go visit them, read the messages posted here by members who were in the Legion and once you think you're ready, travel to France and present yourself to one of the recruiting offices to get into the selection process. That's the only possible way to get into the Legion.
