you are closed minded and not a true athlete.. All true runners from the elite to the amateur are open to the idea of track training barefoot and you are not..Actually you disregard everything withtout a pair of shoes on.

I'm not sure what to do here, as I dislike deleting things - it might on some twisted way make it look that I'm afraid of what you write. I does also seem a bit unethical.
You just say WTF you want about me, but none of the shit is true. I don't care if barefoot running is a thousand times better than running with shoes - but you failed to follow simple rules, and sadly enough I let that affect the content of your post.

You have been banned before, and kicked out of the legion probably for the same reason. Up until now I actually thought you were a nice guy - but obviously the moderator who saw past that, and those calling the shots in the legion selection made perfect choices.
