Why, why...WHY can't you understand the simple request I made to keep the barefoot running in the original thread you created about it??!
I simply don't understand how anyone at your age has such short memory, or is it that you don't understand.
I will close this thread, and rename the title - and as I can't ban you the warning will only be that I'll delete any posts of yours if you keep this up.

To make it as clear as possible; KEEP THE THOUGHTS/IDEAS ON BAREFOOT RUNNING IN THE THREAD YOU CREATED ABOUT, AS I'VE ASKED YOU TO DO BEFORE!
