Ok, so I did this bodyfat test some days ago as it was a thing to do in the gym (and possible) in the water and all. And guys I have been fooled by my own eyes. What you see might not be what you have., Now, Im a woman and suposed to be on a level around 20% and bit over to be normal. When I look at myself I think I must be around that. ie not 'perfect but ok; So goinng there thinking I would come out with at least a decent bodyfat level; after all this training - I was wrong. I found out my body fat level for a woman of my age was about 5 % too low. And was told' honey, if you loose any more it will just be taken from your organs, including you brain' Summary, what you see is not always what you have. Be carefull when training with the goal of loosing fat. Check your level and proceed from there.

When I was a medic the average female body fat was 20-27% during weigh ins and tape-ins. A female with 15% would be incredibly ripped.

• Your body fat percentage is 14.6
• This percentage puts you in the normal range
• For your age, the normal body fat range is 8-19 percent
• Your body mass index is 20.3
