Hello everyone!
I recently found this forum when I was searching for info about the FFL.
I allready decided to join the Legion about 2 months ago and now I'm starting my preperations to join. I just have to tie up some lose ends in my life and improve my running.
If my informations are not wrong I have to run 7 400m laps. A friend of mine made a program for me and said I have to run at least 3200m in 12 min.
I have no problems with my upper body strength, but I would be really happy if someone could tell me how many push-ups, chin-ups,... I have to make.
I don't have military experiance. I was training martial arts (Budokai-similar to MMAs today) for eight years and I have some experiance with explosives from my part time job, where I was helping the demolition worker at a quarry (only commercial explosives like ANFO and Dynamite).
I hope I can get some more info about the life in the Legion and the Basic Training.
