Cheers fellas!! Don't know about the salt fish but I've got a Cod's wallop in my bag. Who knows the place might be okay or should I stick to the pool and try to doink the cabin crew?

All that's missing are the bottles of Gala !!
Who remembers Gala ?Oh yes... Local African beer brand that we found in RCA (République Centrafricaine) and Chad.

I'm back already! Handed to the patient over to the military hospital in town which was incredible (i.e. don't get sick here  ) and smelt more like an abatoir than a infirmary, although it seems to treat only civilians these days. Very little security throughout the capital and whatever there was didn't look like it knew the buisness end of the boomstick from a plantain. Spent the afternoon on the beach drinking cipahrinas and checking out the double stacked local mommas and then back on the flight. Nice to get a bit of sun in the midst of the the English miasmal winter.

Glad to hear of your safe and restful holiday, Dooms.

No security is needed in the capital because not too much is of value. Now, a holiday in Cabinda, Angola, a few clicks north of your location, and there's security. El Petrol !!!

Warm regards,
